Shiloh was born on Tisha B'Av. His smile and welcoming friendship connected people from all walks of life. 

On October 7 his base was attacked with his new recruits barely awake.  Keeping them safe he faced the Terrorists in a fierce battle till his last bit of strength.

He had a favorite saying that reflected his way of life: 
"Doing good helps more than finding fault""
